Questions to Ask Before Ordering Tulsa Sod

Preparing to order Tulsa sod? Call Quantum Sod at 918-340-3013 with your ZIP code, measurements, preferred grass, and timing for current pricing and availability.

The strongest sod order begins with clear questions. Buyers should understand what product is being supplied, how quantity is calculated, which services are included, where pallets can be placed, and what must be ready before delivery.

What grass type fits the property?

Ask how sunlight, shade, traffic, seasonal color, watering, maintenance, and project purpose affect Bermuda, Zoysia, Fescue, or another available product. Do not select grass only by price or delivery appearance.

How much does each pallet cover?

Pallet coverage varies. Confirm the actual square footage, roll or slab configuration, and total quantity. Ask whether the measured project needs an allowance for cuts or irregular edges.

What does the price include?

Confirm whether the quote covers material only, delivery, pickup arrangements, removal, preparation, grading, installation, or aftercare. These are separate scopes unless explicitly combined.

How will delivery work?

Discuss address, Tulsa ZIP code, date, delivery window, truck access, gates, overhead obstacles, unloading surface, pallet placement, and whether someone must be present.

Ordering FAQs

Should the site be prepared before ordering?

Preliminary planning can begin early, but final delivery should align with completed removal, grade, soil preparation, irrigation, and available labor.

Is current availability guaranteed later?

No. Product, field conditions, weather, harvest schedules, demand, and routing can change.

Can projects reach 150,000 square feet?

Large phased projects can be discussed using plans, quantities, access, crew capacity, and scheduling details.
