When you experience any sort of rain in your city longer than just a few minutes its going to affect your sod! If your sod has already been laid out before rain storms or rain comes. your sod is going to really enjoy all the extra water.

If you are installing sod while it is raining. Make sure you are not expecting people to work while it?s lightning outside. Most people get struck by lightning while walking in grass and under tress.
